Father Jim’s Daily Reflection
Father Jim Radloff
Up at 4:30 am each day for prayer, Father Jim soon discovered that others were also seeking to start their day with a short inspirational quote from the Bible. So taking advantage of Social Media, he began sharing with others the fruits of his early morning prayer amongst Sacred Scriptures. Using Lectio Divina with the daily readings from the Catholic Mass, Father Jim was now presenting a reflection that could help people throughout their day. We are happy to share these thoughts with you.

(Jeremiah 17:7-8) “Blessed are those who trust in the LORD; whose hope is the LORD. They are like a tree planted beside the waters that stretch out its roots to the stream: It does not fear heat when it comes, its leaves stay green; in the year of drought it shows no distress, but still produces fruit.”
This Lent stretch out your roots of faith to the life-giving waters of the Lord’s grace to be sustained and even thrive in times of distress.
